Level 3 Home Surveys

A level 3 survey is more thorough and detailed than the others and will address matters such as materials used for each part of the building, defects and remedial options, as well as issues related to the future maintenance of the property.

Services are not tested, but they are observed in normal operation. Concealed areas normally open, such as roof spaces and basements, are inspected if it is safe to do so.

This is the level of service to select when dealing with large, older or run-down properties and is for clients who are seeking a professional opinion based on a detailed assessment of the property. It should help you make reasoned and informed decisions when purchasing a property or when planning repairs and maintenance.
